Post processing of bioimaging data, i.e., visualization and analysis, is essential to get useful results from imaging, regardless of modality. At LBIC we offer both users and external parties assistance in this important process. 

Our mission is to help users get the most out of their imaging data! 

Services

We have several image analysis software packages suitable for both small and large data sets, from microscopy to preclinical in vivo and clinical imaging. We help in using these programs and all of our platforms offer support in the analysis process.

We assist in selecting suitable images as well as preparing these for publications. Ask the staff at the relevant LBIC platform for help with tasks such as creating videos, pseudo-colouring and optimizing render settings in any of our licensed software packages.   

If further assistance with analysis is needed, such as custom scripts, machine learning solutions or support over a longer amount of time or advanced visualization, please contact the CIPA/LUVA offices for more information.

The microscopy platform has a powerful desktop computer available for booking.
