Post processing of bioimaging data, i.e., visualization and analysis, is essential to get useful results from imaging, regardless of modality. At LBIC we offer both users and external parties assistance in this important process.

Services

We have several image analysis software packages suitable for both small and large data sets, ranging from brightfield, confocal to super resolution and light sheet. We offer assistance in using these programs as well as provide support in the analysis process.
We can assist in selecting suitable images as well as preparing these for publications. We also offer the opportunity to transform imaging results into easy-to-use 3D surface models, suitable for both presentations and publications. Moreover, we can create high quality, fully ray-traced animations and virtual reality experiences geared towards both the scientific community and the public. Equipment

We have two powerful desktop computers (one for analysis and one for visualization) in our visualization lab and post-processing room available through booking. We also have a fully equipped virtual reality lab with multiple headsets for both development and demonstration.
