Analysis and visualization are essential steps in transforming imaging data into meaningful scientific results. At LBIC, we provide access to advanced image analysis tools and expert support to help researchers get the most from their data, regardless of imaging modality.

Services

We offer support with image analysis for microscopy, preclinical and clinical imaging data using a range of software solutions for both small and large datasets. Our staff can assist with image processing, quantitative analysis, visualization and the preparation of publication-quality figures, including videos, pseudocolouring and 3D rendering.

For projects requiring advanced image analysis, custom scripting, machine learning or long-term support, we collaborate with CIPA/LUVA, which provides specialized expertise in computational image analysis and visualization.
