Information for new users

When you contact us, we will discuss your project and help you identify the most suitable imaging approach and instrumentation. We support researchers throughout the planning process and provide guidance on preparing an Experiment Request Form.

Before submitting a project request, please note that:

  • Adequate ethical permits must be approved or under preparation.
  • All proposed projects are evaluated by the LBIC Research Board to assess the feasibility of the planned experiments and ensure they can be successfully performed using the available instrumentation.
  • Before an imaging appointment can be scheduled, the relevant sections of the Experiment Request Form must be completed to ensure the safety of users, staff and animals.
